New Patient Enrolment

As an enrolled patient with the ESFHT, you commit to accessing your primary healthcare services from the ESFHT group of providers before accessing other avenues for care such as a walk-in clinic or a hospital emergency department. Consistently seeing the ESFHT for your health care, benefits you as a patient. The team gets to know you, your health history, and your current or prior plans of care, which places the ESFHT in the best position to care for you.

Urgent
Care Appointments

Urgent care appointments are for ESFHT patients with an unexpected but non-life threatening health problem that requires same-day or next-day treatment.
