Ways to Donate

The Erie Shores Family Health Team is supported in part by the Ministry of Health and by the Erie Shores Family Health Organization, whose members are the physician group, but we also need your help. As we work to better meet the health care needs of our community, we strive to develop and provide new programs and services that are close to home and available to you.

Cash Donations – the ESFHT is pleased to accept cash gifts of any amount.

Donate to a specific program or service – perhaps you or a family member has been especially helped by a ESFHT program. A designated program of your choosing can benefit from a donation to make a purchase such as updated patient resources, technological supports and opportunities to expand educational expertise of staff.

Honor or Memorialize a family member or friend – our donation tree in the lobby of the Leamington clinic is a permanent representation acknowledging loved ones with a monetary donation. An engraved leaf is added to the tree with the name of your loved one visible to all entering the clinic.
